Residence Mediterraneo recently builted, is located in front of the sea, directly to the beach of San Vincenzo on the Etruscan coast.Very close to the town centre but in a quiet area, it offers apartments equipped with all conforts.Studio-apartment for 3 persons and two-roomed apartment for max 5 persons well furnished and equipped with dishwasher, mikrowave, refrigerator-freezer, TV Sat with LCD, Wi-Fi connection, safe, air conditioning-heating.Laudry area on the ground floor with washing-dry maschine and ironing board.Bike storage available. Two private parking area: one to the side of the building and the 2nd area at 300 meters with electric gate entrance.Beach service included on the beach in front of the residence: umbrella, 1 sunbed , 1 chairs.Sport activities on the beach: acquagym, canoe, children area, spinning.Mediterraneo offers also a snack-bar on the beach open from late May until 15 September.The two-roomed apartment MED 8 (max 5 persons) with front sea view is located on the 2nd floor with lift. It offers a living room-kitchen with double sofabed, bedroom with double bed, extra bed and balcony, bathroom with shower.INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY TARIFF:Electricity, water and gas consumptions.
